Where did you source the worktop?£170's worth of solid walnut worktop for my van kitchen and table.
They are a very good piece of kit! I used one to stick under the bed of my youngest to fit in with the whole “gaming” scene. The twin stick isn’t that good so you might want to pick up some 3M tape. All in all, lovely bit of kit for the moneySome boxes of USB powered LED 'strings' from Lidl. They are billed as TV Backlight Kits but I've got an idea that I can use them to MacGyver up some ambient / halo lighting over the bed board in the roof which is never actually used as a bed and stays up all the time that we're camped. Each box contains the 1M USB power cable, 4 x 450mm LED strands with sticky tape backing, 3 x 300mm interconnects, 3 x 10mm interconnects and a remote control which turns them on and dims as well changes the colour (15 modes) and whether they flash (4 modes!). All that for £6.99 each box - even if the experiment fails, that's still a bargain:

I’m so jealousI'm Just starting to think about the first long European trip of the year so bought:
Return Le Shuttle tickets departing mid-June and returning 5 weeks later (but they can be changed as required).
Toll tags for France and Spain/Portugal from Emovis - been thinking about these for years but never gotten around to buying them before. It costs a bit more in the long run but I'm hoping that the convenience will be worth it.
Renewed annual health insurance policy from Staysure.
Ayjay, if you’re thinking of a permanent install of your led light strips have a look at the “ shallow 7mm surface mounted led aluminium profile” from a company called Simple Lighting. Used it for RGB led strips in my van and it gives a really neat finish. They are a very good piece of kit! I used one to stick under the bed of my youngest to fit in with the whole “gaming” scene.
