Yes that's the one. I have not received it yet, so unsure at how easy it is to fit. Just the 2 screws by the look of it. Hopefully not too difficult .

Yes I bought the swivel base, lowering bracket and handbrake cover as a combo from transporter HQ.. I think you can just buy the cover by its self
