Well the swear jar is very much full today.. thought easy install!! swivels fairly easy to put in but didn't factor in the underseat sub aaah.. slight mod to drop it down but so little room and reworking wires!! also they never tell you but the oem back panels to the base will never fit again so had to order some ovano panels.. also had to modify the handbrake bracket as rubbing and too tight to operate and also you have to modify the handbrake plastic sleeve :( and then getting under a very low van to adjust the handbrake cable.. now to get the feeling back in may hands haha

That's annoying, I've been hovering over the buy button to get one of these. I thought the plastic base covers could just be cut down, is that not right?

Ya the big square base to the swivel covers the whole of the seat base and the plastic covers are designed to cover the void so you would have to cut pretty much all of it at the top.. I modified one of the covers as wouldn’t clip as have an underseat sub and that was quite tricky to cut! Wasn’t blown away with the converter bracket for the handbrake and had to modify to let the handbrake function! On a positive the swivels do work really well.. previously had Kiravan ones which were terrible!!

I bought 3 days of workshop time with Jason at @Absolut5 to install a leisure electrics upgrade of Fogstar 230ah seat base battery, Victron 1500w inverter, Victron shunt and ablemail 12/2 and whilst they have our van they’ll fit the Kenwood reversing camera. Roll on the end of the month.

Got any pics oc the Ovano back panels?

If that's the bare ply, a sharpie would probably do as well as paint.
Ya have a small tin of quick drying stain black was considering but can’t make my mind up at the moment haha.. would easily roller on
