Yeah, under the black square is where you fill and the red cap is covering a bbq connection point

It was fitted when I bought it from Salop Vans. I think it is butler finished dibond that has had the hex pattern cut out.

Then fitted some Heko wind deflectors.

Few bits added today, white trim by VW Carbon to the lower and upper grills, then replaced the VW chrome badge for a matt black one from Vanstyle, the badge insert was sprayed with grey primer, then over sprayed with VW candy white, also did the rear badge, but not fitted to the van yet, splitter is Maxton design V2, think it all looks pretty good View attachment 73365

Prototype 001 of the middle seat table. Knocked up in a couple of hours last night, tested on a family trip to Manchester for a long awaited appointment today. I’m sure someone builds something like this already, but I couldn’t find it

Started assembling the day van/camping pod for the rear of my Kombi! Couple of small adjustments to make, but really happy with it!

Can't wait to get it in, just waiting on parts for the leisure battery setup before I re-assemble the van!

I’d love to build something like that, but mine has to fit behind the 3rd row seats. Ditto a fold-out bed frame. Not sure my furniture skills are quite up to that yet.

This is all CNC cut, so nice and simple to put together! Im not sure how much space is behind the 3rd row of seats, never seen a van with the 3rd row in the flesh!

Now you have! It’s not massive, about the depth of a wheel and tyre at floor level. Should be enough to fit some sort of pod back there though.
