What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Vankraft, I’m guessing?

Or possibly OEM.

In my opinion, Vankraft is better as it also reclines the double seat by about 10 degrees.

tried installing grab handles to the B pillars, found that the one near the rear seat did not have any pre-drilled threaded holes in the body after removing door seal and pulling back the wall cover material (no trim panel either) , no way to attach safely... pulled off the pillar trim between passenger seat and sliding door... a no go as well. the bracket would sit outside the trim, the handle would have to be adapted as well (cut of the little fixing prongs that would normally go through the pillar trim etc) just dont have the tools to cut that down (it has a metal insert), phoned the company, no problem to return the lot... still gutted

Really great idea to have a handle on the B pillar. Has anyone else done this, I wonder?

Fitted my tow bar (Brinks removable) with PF Jones 13 pin electrics.
So then some VCDS coding.
The tow bar, was a bit of a pain but got there, H7 dips to stay on on main beam and the kph to mph on the MDF. The last 2 were easier all thanks to info on the forum and a bit of you tube.
Glass of beer called for now.
Hi @Dave Mac
Please can you tell me if your van is a 6.1 and have you got tow bar prep in rear quarter panel?

It’s a genuine vw one. Got it from my local van centre. Looks decent quality, I’ve given it a coat of ag vinyl and rubber care so hopefully it won’t fade too quickly!

Interestingly there’s a leaflet with it telling you to give it a scub monthly and a list of suggested care products to stop it fading.
