I did the thorough wash it until I'm happy with it, then just in case, wash it again, so it should be OK.

Today I wash and waxed the van with Maguires ceramic wax you can also see the fog lights I had fitted last week.

@Alan Walsh - Did you have to run cable from the drivers door alarm indicator, or is there suitable cabling in the passenger door.
I have purchased the stuff to do this mod, courtesy of @Spaghetti info. Looking to complete in the next couple of days/weeks.

Sorry, have not been on line for a while! I run a separate cable from the drivers side to the passenger side as I was too lazy to look if there is an existing cable.

Sound deadened the twin sliders today using Dodo mat hex.

Not sure how much is the right balance of effective noise reduction and keeping the doors from getting too heavy. 80/20? 60/40?

Hope this is about right!

Next step, Dodo super liner and thermal fleece.

they are standard VW bought from ebay and I've fitted nightbreaker bulbs. Now to finish I just need to do the Carista codes for dipped beams to stay on with main beam.

They are genuine Sportline 5 Spoke 18” Wheels. I think they are an earlier generation. I bought them from Deaky here on the forum recently. I'm very pleased with them. They really suit the van I think
