Thanks @Dellmassive The van is 2017 and has just reached the 41000 mark. Yes I’m gonna get it booked in for what you recommend and see what they say. I found an invoice from July 23 which says ‘Remove And Replace EGR Valve, Cooler And Gaskets’. I thought that was a good thing but not sure now
I’ve had a good read of the mentioned thread. Thank you for that Beet of luck with all that you have going on at the mo!!!

So I’ve booked the beast in to my local garage and they can’t look at it for a couple of week. Mainly due to them been good at what they do so I’m prepared to wait……
I did however have a butchers under the bonnet once the wife arrived home (engine done a decent run) after reading a few of these helpful threads and I noticed a tiny amount of coolant underneath the tank. Firstly, could this be the cause? And secondly is this something I could sort myself?
