Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Just found a product called Owatrol to seal it and its £260 for a 5ltr tin
Jeez wept! Firstly, I’d hope that was a typo, but I doubt it. Do you need to treat it? Cedar is naturally full of oil, isn’t it?

It is but will eventually go silver/grey in not UV protected

I think I might have found it.....have you considered “driving shoes” to match that rather natty pair of string-backed driving gloves you might have in the glovebox?!!!

osmo is ok but it takes forever to dry and it will weather patchy as its on the timber surface rather than in it Owatrol is very very thin the idea being it penetrates deep .we have run samples with them all over the years
Good guidance.

I'm assuming that's 4WD - if it was mine, I'd never get out of that lot without a tractor to pull me - indeed, I wouldn't even have got that far. Also, you've just confirmed my opinion that I don't actually know what dirty is - that looks like it's just out of the detailers compared to any of my cars!

It's 4Motion, and I did have to give it a once over with the pressure washer when I got home!
