Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Good guidance.
Hi, I built a home office during lockdown for my son's work, clad in red cedar like yours. I used Osmo but make sure it's the UV one. Over the summer they were doing special offer large tins with 25% extra. No fading of colour as yet but it's only had one summer. You do need a dry day and night to fully dry for revisiting. Your den looks cool.

Seat Surgeons in York to get them retrimmed today.
Photos to follow in the “leather seats gallery” thread once the van’s had a much overdue clean.
Can’t recommend Seat Surgeons enough.
Really helpful and easy to deal with.
Great value. Amazing quality. Totally transformed the interior of my Kombi.

Thats amazing. A great space

Absolutely bloody nowhere! Did start Floyd up though to show him off to my Brother in law in Oz.. Air suspension in show mode so that I didn’t ruin the video

Yesterday, we drove half a mile to my parent's house for Xmas dinner with my granny and parents.
:inlove:

Today, tomorrow and Monday: we will probably be driving nowhere.

Well yesterday was an unexpected use of the van. Went to see my folks who live up near Bridlington and are in their 80s. Can’t go inside though as they’re both shielding (haven’t given my mum a hug for 10 months :() but came up with the next best thing.
I parked the van on their drive the other side of the window where their dining table is and my mum put my dinner on the floor by the front door so that I could nip and get the plate once she was out of the way. Sat at the table in the van and opened my window so we could see each other, then connected via FaceTime audio on iPads so we were able to talk and have a xmas dinner together without being in the same room. Stayed a few hours to just chat and do some odd jobs outside that they hadn’t been able to get done.

It‘s not the same, but it was something, and it would have been difficult without the van.

Roll on the vaccine and a return to a bit more of a normal life...

Upper Burbage Bridge car park.

Mrs CAB's birthday, so out early for a van breakfast, opening pressies, a bracing walk on Stanage Edge, then lunch, coffee, and watching all the awful parking maneuvers.

"I expect clear and obvious signals" was one we overheard between driver and their partner :think smile bounce:
