especially as I was able to use my comfort dash slide out cup holder
Finally at Bargoed Farm after hearing so many great things. On arrival we did feel a little disappointed at first as it’s a long drive and a few niggles for us (no pubs or any real walks from site, bistro food is amazing but short staffed and currently extending so some construction noise). However having said that it’s the only place so far we want to come back to - our own hot tub overlooking the lake is ace!

Nice view, do you know if it's OK to wild camp there?
Lickpenny near Matlock. Massive pitches! Red hot, can't remember the last time I got a sweat on pitching up.

Final day of our short tour of Pembrokeshire and what a delight it has been.Stunning coastline with glorious bays and beaches with friendly peeps.As sometimes is the case, weather perked up on the last day which is a good high to finish on and pack away in the dry. Found some really good small sites so we defo be back. Not as trendy, fashionable and busy as Cornwall but similar in other ways.
Abereiddy Beach was really nice before the rush, with The Blue Lagoon for a bit of Coasteering!!(Not me though!!)

Weekend Solo camp at Greenhills holiday park, Bakewell.
Was at my local dog walking beach before the crowds today and as I left a troop of vans turned up wonder if it was a club meet up
Longshaw national trust. Brilliant walk along the brook/stream. Weather is fantastic.
Then pub stop off on way back to site.

For a long time you could camp for free there , then they charged a tenner ,Sadler the National park has now banned it . Side of the canal in Mirfield. Only 10 miles from home but had an afternoon on the beer in the sun and dinner at Miller and Carter then back to the Navigation with a live band.
