Oh ok. I did my updates via the VRM.

No my 5g is off as it caused all sorts of issues as it is a stronger and faster signal than 2.4g but all my kit is on 2.4 and the 5g caused all sorts of issues with it so just disabled it and it cured 95% of the issues i was having

That's in the teletonika settings. But you have to do it via the web portal. Connect to the router with your laptop and click network if I remember right and disable the wireless 5g

That's ok. That was just a screenshot I took off the laptop. Mine looks like your when I'm on van wifi. Scroll down and the 5g should be there. Just disable it and try your Cerbo again

Ah. When i looked at my settings mine is a RUTX11 so has 5g. Apparently yours doesn't. So even more of a conundrum as to why the Cerbo is playing up. I had a similar issue when I tried to connect my Ring cam to the van and there was a setting I ahd to change on 2.4g. Hang on I'll check my emails

Where do I start setting it up?

Honestly, there's a few basic settings and that's pretty much it! Not that complicated at all.

Found it. Change the 2.4g encryption to WPA2 only. That's what the Cerbo uses. Same as the ring cam. Not as secure but it worked for me

Tbh it's been a while since I set mine up but I don't remember it being that complicated. You should be good!

So I have just done the same firmware update on my router and everything locked out. Cerbo the lot!! Cured by guess what. Turning EVERYTHING off including the LB and letting it all restart. All working again. Feckin technology
