I believe so as “others” is plural in this case. Getting my defence in early, I am Irish! Is that apostrophe in the right place? (I would know TBH) [ There, Their, They’re is another one Know, no & now ]
What is everyones stance on the ‘Oxford comma’?

If I had said “each other’s” I would have introduced singularity through my use of “each”, but that would also have implied an element of mutuality to the proofreading which didn’t exist!
I deliberately posted to elicit commentary!
Got another one, people who say “H” with hay prior to it.
So they would say “HayH”! (Hay-tch)
THEIRIn this time of trouble and the older generation suffering from dementia (we called it forgetfulness) , its not surprising we can and do make mistakes but the younger generation call it TEXT talking and that’s there get out Clause.
However to be corrected with out prejudice or sentiment is how we learn.....I’ve forgotten more than I learnt ( also age comes wisdom ..but being thick skinned helps ) so carry on correcting
If I was a more sensitive soul, I would be very offended. There's a trap that a lot of people from outside of London fall into - cockneys are from East London (actually, it gets a bit more geographically precise than that but I can't be bothered to explain!). Calling someone from south of the river a cockney is usually regarded by them insult or, at least, it is from somebody of my generation.
