Just to add on this thread, the Sat Nav will only work on the clocks with the discovery media unit and not on the composition media unit.

Does anyone else know of anyone that can retrofit? Vanworx are only installing for vans they’re converting and won’t do it on its own.

I have it on the Q5, it's very snazzy, I ordered it as an add on at £1,300. Well worth it IMHO.

The best thing about it is the full google satellite maps plus the speed sign recognition that I have, although i think that is due to the additional camera within the rear view mirror.

No but just noticed you've got rid of your lovely T6 and joined the T6.1 party, would your impressions ?

Yeah, white ones gone, it was a sad day. First impressions are its much nicer to drive, albeit this one is a DSG so that plays a big part. I've only done about 70miles in it since I got it so only time will tell. I'm still getting use to all the option extras that I didn't have on the white one

I’m in the same boat, gone from manual to DSG but I have had DSG previously in my T 5.1 but I’m 12k miles in and have to agree seems so much nicer to drive than all my previous Transporters, it’s just effortless.

A few places are retrofitting the digital dash, I’ve seen Vanworx, Raceline and I think Van Haven.

interesting, I wonder if the dash could be bought from VW and fitted using VCDS, or is it more complicated than this?
