What Have You Bought Today?

Picked up a new set of DBA T2 Slotted Rotors and Brembo N Ceramic pads that i ordered for the van.

I can start the rears while i wait for the replacement front pads to come in, as they send the wrong front pads.

Then i can replace and bleed the brake fluid and i'll be good to go.

Hey Bryn.
How are the Brembo NAO ceramic pads holding up with regards to brake dust? Where did you purchase them from?
Were the slotted rotors a purely cosmetic choice?
Much appreciated

Got one pal - the water's so hard in my area it pretty much oozes out the hose pipe in lumps, lol. Renders the D.I. resin useless after a few weeks, making it a PITA and too expensive to practically keep it topped up with fresh resin and working properly. Been there, loved it for a bit, then gave up on it...
Have you, er, considered moving house?

Its cherry red, it doesn’t get dirty (or even swirl marks). Don’t want anything heavy on it to slow it down….. And that my friend is why they’re the fastest vans around

As I've said on here before, the more I read on T6F the more I realise that my definition of a clean car/van or, indeed, cleaning the car/van is very different to most others. #must try harder but can't be arsed.

Life's too short for ironing clothes, vacuum cleaning, washing cars and worrying about if you have enough stuff.

Good choices there! I know you’ve been mulling over how you want the van to work for you. The split lid on the hob/sink unit is great as one gives you a worktop when using the other.
Thanks, yeah my Mrs pointed that out as I was thinking of buying the small clip on table option.
A little bit different to the norm but that's me....

As we have a Cali, we already have a table in the sliding door door that can clip on the sliding door or be freestanding. Ours is a Beach, so we bought a “kitchen pod” that we can clip in on the rails when needed. The pod came with a clip-on table that is rarely used. So, hold fire and see whether you’d actually use it. You can always add one later and the money is better off in your wallet for now!

Thanks, it comes with a free large clip on table, but the smaller one looked more useful for balancing plates on etc. Will be relocating my current table to the 'living room'.
