What Have You Bought Today?

Myself and my missus were admiring those
We may have been having a chat with each other today, I did speak with a guy who was kean on them.

Luckily the lady who I spoke with had an image with the wheels on an indium grey van like mine, that sold me on them.

Decided to take a trip to CamperMart and ended with a set of these.

Not bad considering all I wanted to get was a few front bumper trim bits. They are pearlescent too, purple turning to blue.

UPDATE:

The dealer called this morning and told me the wheels are 9.5 hence they wont tuck with my air suspension, to say I am gutted is a true understatement.:cry::cry:

Anyone know of 20x9 et40 wheels as they seem to be super rare, can see loads of 20x8.5.

Last one, I have 265/40/20 Goodyear Eagle F1, would these fit on an 8.5 inch rim with no issues?

I have a feeling 265 is too wide for an 8.5 rim.

I've got 265/40/20/front (to stop rubbing at 40 drop) and 275/40/20/back on 8.5's so no worries.
Im pretty sure those are outside the specs that they should be. Only way you to be sure is to contact Goodyear customer service.

I've got 255 on my 8" wide Canteras. The side walls are pretty much flush, so neither ballooning or stretch. A 10mm wider tyre on a 12.5mm wider wheel should give pretty much the same effect.

Couldn't find anything for Goodyear but found this for Nankang.
Looking at my tryes the 265's sit back very slightly from the rim lip wheras the 275's sit flush.
Here's them with 275's on.

I reckon they'd look too stretched with the recommended max size of 255. o_O

I'm no expert but they look perfect to me.
