I can report that it is brilliant!
No more plugging in on short trips. CarPlay just works with no further interaction other that having a phone in my pocket!

It's a pay-off from VW for crap software on the adblue system whereby it wasn't putting enough in to stop Nox faults occurring.
The software was upgraded around 2019, and they give you 10 free top ups to compensate the additional adblue cost post software upgrade

Sometimes I really don't get VW. So they give 10 free top ups because the van now uses the correct amount that it should have been using all the time.
