What Have You Bought Today?

Bought one when they very first came out, had it a few months, sold it, bought a series 2, had it a few months, sold it, didn’t bother for a couple of years and just used my analogue watch, bought a series 4, had it a few months, sold it, then another period with my analogue watch, then bought a series 6, had it a few months, sold it, another few months with my analogue watch and now back again with a series 8.

Well, you did ask :D:D:D:whistle:
Are you @Eli under another name?!!

Well.... Some 'snow foam' from local chemical factory. Should've searched forum.... It's actually TFR concentrate. £26 for 25litres.... Will trial on older car first! 1:30 dilute I reckon so will take sometime to get through! Oops

I think I will take back for refund. Safe to use within prescribed dilution etc but none of my vehicles are ever that dirty. Coming into warm spells also problematic with drying times etc. Failing that plenty of car washes nearby I could offload to!

Fair point - it may be a bit OTT for domestic use. Still, at just over a £/l it was a good price.

BTW, it’s a nice part of the world you’re from!

Thanks @JOG yes lucky just now to be surrounded by green fields and plenty of sunshine! Farmers out in full swing! If I had another use for it I'd keep as like you say £1a litre. Get sodium hypochlorite for slabs as well for £20 now that does some job!

Saw this advertised in insta videos and found it on eBay.

I’ve a factory carpeted shuttle that picks up all sorts of things in it.

Only tried it by hand (ie without hoover even attached) to see what it was like. Very impressed with how it cleans the carpet and makes the pile all go one way.
