Have you ever got that 'lock device' on the top left to work on that THQ fridge? Mine doesn't even come close to touching the doorFitted a gift from my friend to my fridge.
It’s a bit of sheet metal that’s been hand made.
He bought it for my man cave but I really like it so it’s gone in the van.

Lock device???
I will need to investigate.
Also what have you got your fridge and freezer set to?
@Richard85 I tried those self adhesive cable tie pads on the painted body under my vans tail lights to secure some water tank vent tubes. Even with a thorough cleaning they don’t stay stuck for long.Started prep for the solar cables - conduit run down the side of the tailgate and grommets in the rear light and behind the small corner panel - seemed the easiest place to fish them from. I’m much more comfortable drilling there than through the roof.

This should slide down to fit in a hole in the top of the door. Ours pokes out of the bottom of the frame but doesn't come close to the reciprocal hole in the door.
Temps set to -12 and 4. Works fine, really happy with it especially the open from either side feature.
Works fine on mineHave you ever got that 'lock device' on the top left to work on that THQ fridge? Mine doesn't even come close to touching the door
yeah I thought that at the time and replaced the white foam with double sided 3M stuff that I stick number plates down with. If that fails I’ll stick some wrap down and bond them to that.@Richard85 I tried those self adhesive cable tie pads on the painted body under my vans tail lights to secure some water tank vent tubes. You may have to find a different way to secure the conduit.
I used a spot of Sikaflex when the double sided tape popped off my cable guides.yeah I thought that at the time and replaced the white foam with double sided 3M stuff that I stick number plates down with. If that fails I’ll stick some wrap down and bond them to that.
After investigating I’ve worked out it is a lock but not to lock it shut. It’s to lock it slightly ajar for ventilation when not in use so the light doesn’t come on.Have you ever got that 'lock device' on the top left to work on that THQ fridge? Mine doesn't even come close to touching the door
That is correct, stops it smelling when not in useAfter investigating I’ve worked out it is a lock but not to lock it shut. It’s to lock it slightly ajar for ventilation when not in use so the light doesn’t come on.
Expensive but worth it. Easy to install too. Just make sure you read the install guide on their website. For them to fit right you often have to remove pieces of trim.I keep getting tempted by the window blinds (vanshades)
Yep. Ours doesn't do that either! the 'lock' doesn't touch the door anywhere. That is correct, stops it smelling when not in use
