Normal service will resume tomorrow on the med apparently. But we are booked on a site in the Sierra Nevada tomorrow night. It’s sub zero there at the moment. That should be fun.

Yeah it’s doing us 4 days between EHU requirements.
I’m calling at a friends house near Mijas next week so I might ask him to order me some stuff from Amazon for when we get there.

My two boys and I spent the night in the van on the drive to see how it was before embarking on it's inaugural trip to Anglesey in a couple of weeks.
Very cosy with the oil filled radiator and electric blanket, though I must do something about the slippery self inflating mat and sleeping bags, we were sliding all over the place due to the slope!

Levelling ramps or Axle stands?!
I did consider the former but didn't mind slumming it for a night. No doubt if the wife was with us I would have put a bit more effort in.

There are normally two sides to the self-inflating mattress - a smooth side and one with “grips”!

We can't exactly pop over to Attwools ( but made an overnight excursion) but highly impressed by the range of stuff. They were the only ones to be able to show us the awning that we had our eyes on so made the purchase with my wallet being considerably lighter. Oh and some other bits and bobs including reclining chairs, which hopefully brings an end to the long search for something comfortable to relax on!
Today we drove into the mountains of the Sierra Nevada to a place called Trevelez. Stunning Pueblo Blanco famous for it Jamón.

Also last night in Cabo de Gata I went for a little night time wander and to my surprise was met by a wild boar ambling down a side street. Typical Saturday night.
We enjoyed this place so much we went back again and tried the other carriage last weekend
