A little wave makes you feel good.

Just spent the weekeng in lyme regis. Got 1 wave from about 30 t5/6's. Get loads in the midlands

Had some great waves on the way down through France.....even those with foreign plates on! Not so good on the toll roads as too much distance. Also some nice "alongside " waves when passing other VW s .
My motto is wave as it's just friendly and social.....if people don't wave back even though they've seen you....then it makes them think about being friendly in future!
Christ I sound like a 60s hippy!!!

I'm just asking the coast. There are a ridiculous number of t4/5/6 band around here, but very few waves.
Most of the vans are surf buses. Most 30 yr old windsurfers can't be arsed to wave at middle aged men in their family campers.
Lots of the campers here are driven by retirees, who don't seem to wave much either. Family vans seem to get an ok repsonse, it at least a big smile. AbsokAbs must if there's kids in the front.

Seems like I'm not paranoid after all... Phew! Anyway I'll keep persevering with the waves and smilies. Hopefully I'll get a few waves back
