Renogy Warranty - do they have a UK based office or warehouse?

My 6 month old Renogy 50aH LIFEPO4 battery has died and I have done everything suggested to re-activate it.
Does anyone know of an UK based office or warehouse address for Renogy? If they don't honour the warranty on my battery I am going to raise a small claims action against them.... I need a U.K. address for that.

They use local uk 3rd party distribution Wearhouses.

Once a warranty claim has been approved they just send out a new replacement item.

I've not known of them asking for anything back as yet.

They are China based, hense the delay in service reply. (Normally over the following night)

The only address I can find is their Ontario, California address. I will do some more Google and look at companies house to see if I can find a UK side operation.
