Over the past year, I found that the capacity of the existing battery was inadequate for a couple of nights off-grid. Having seen a 160 on the Roamer stand at the NEC show fitted into a T6.1 seat base, I went for it as it looked like it would fit underneath my passenger seat (pictured below) with minimal reconfiguration. In case you’re wondering, I’m now planning to fit the Victron Orion XS DC-DC charger and Ablemail AMT12-2 maintainer to under the driver’s seat.
