Victron Dc-dc Charger

It’s a big b&gger isn’t it. I keep looking at mine sat on the kitchen table and wonder how I’m going to squeeze it into the space currently occupied by the Ctek :)
 
That's right. You don't need the isolated version in a van. But, you do need to connect to an ign supply at the fuse box.
Hi Travelvolts one more question on this as I don't believe I was specific with my previous one. I was going to take the ground from the Victron to the leisure battery negative and then ground the negative of the battery to the chassis (i.e not grounding the victron directly to the chassis but via the battery instead). Is this is a problem or should I just ground the Victron to the chassis directly?
 
sorry which way is correct :) My initial way by grounding via the leisure battery or directly from the Victron to the chassis?
