My door card rubber inserts arrive today.
Easy mod but I will have to cut the top drivers side as my air suspension control is fitted there.
Why they don’t fit them as standard is nuts.

My Velle has them. I'll get the part numbers so the price can be compared against VW ones.

FITS VW T6 TRANSPORTER 15-19 ABS BLACK FRONT ROOF GUARD PROTECTOR COVER TRIM | eBay
Excellent value and protection for your VW T5 + T6 Transporter, Styling giving an excellent finishing touch. VW T6 Transporter 2015-2019. VW T5 Transporter 2003-2009 & 2010-2015. TEXTURED BLACK ABS FRONT ROOF GUARD - VW T5 & T6 2003 - 2019.www.ebay.co.uk
T5 California had bit of an issue with the roof lip which spawned variants of this cover. Not my cup of tea. I’d quite fancy an external front windscreen “sun shade” though!!!Not sure looking at it either. Have to see it fitted in person I think.
It’s a bit Marmite like the bonnet covers.
I've recently installed an Apple MagSafe charger, using a OBD power cable, a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and a neat little magnetic phone mount. It was simple to install with the cables hidden behind the trim between the dash and driver's door. I'm also using a CARPLAY2air adapter with the factory fitted VW Discover Media Infotainment system. It's handy to have the phone on charge and in a visible position.

Looks really usefull indeed! And you don't have the cables hanging around alll the time! Charging time is still pretty long, ain't it?I've recently installed an Apple MagSafe charger, using a OBD power cable, a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and a neat little magnetic phone mount.
