What Have You Bought Today?

It's a fun game for 2 or more players - there are lots of variations but no written rules and it can be played in many different places, Wayne.
Is that one of them double entendrils? If you mean what I think you mean, the wife and I tried it once but got a bit hot sweaty and out of breath, and promised each other we wouldn't do it again. Wifey chose the 'eyes design', 'cos she's the boss, you've met her! Frightening!

I thought I'd done well today!

Ex demo Noco Boost gbx75 on ebay for £120.
It could be you got the better bargain. The one I got won’t charge. The battery’s are to low to power the internal BMS. There is a hack to put some charge into the battery by bypassing the BMS to kick it into life. Cables needed arrive today so let’s hope it doesn’t go bang.

Really good product, had ours over a year now, total blackout, folds away very small, would recommend them to anyone who needs a reasonably priced screen cover.

Are these screens thermal insulated, or just black out screens? Do they stop condensation on the inside? They mention "deluxe" and "standard" on their website, but don't seem to offer any further details.

I paid £90 for ours over a year ago, it is total blackout, not thermal, (we don't go anywhere cold, just warmer month use for us). We have a diesel heater to keep us toasty in the cool. Never had condensation, I just put that down to the wife and I not breathing while sleeping. The fact it packs up small is great, we have internal carpety ones (stored in the loft now) which are more of a faff and take up too much valuable space.

Bought a Netgear Nighthawk M6 and upped my o2 sim to unlimited data.
Have had the M5 for over a year and have never been disappointed with data rates. Started using mine to feed TIDAL on the move with my Halo 11. Discovered TIDAL drops out frequently with the phone hotspot but less so with the M5. Enjoy

This week -

Fiamma F45S 3m Awning
Rain guard for the above
Storm straps for the above
Just Kampers drivers swivel

This campervan thing is getting expensive :p

After getting wet I was going to buy a rain guard for the F45s but after having my flabbers well and truely ghasted at the price I went for some £3 pipe insulation. So far so good . I’ll usually throw money at the van but £73 for the guard was a bit steep.

Just fitted my £80 strip of rubber on Sat. You are right, mad money for what it is. Seems to work thankfully. Due to having the 3m awning, I have a decent distance from the brackets to the outer awning. I ended up fitting the middle between brackets and rear part, figure the front might give a bit of wind noise.

iam with you on this. My solution was to cut lengthways, an old rubber exercise mat, about 20-30cm in width. One length edge is trapped in the fiamma awning by partially opening it and then closing it, the other draped over the awning. Works a treat

Coupled with using the awning pole as a means to keep the rain from pooling in the awning I think I have a perfect solution :)
