thus far impressed with Polytrol. The poptop has definitely got is black colour back. What i now need (which looks to be an impossible ask) is a long stretch of sun to see how it fairs.
just ordered one of these, 800w, so thought it might be good for cooking the sausages and bacon outside the van, while the other half does the beans and eggs inside, also, should give the ecoflow a good workout
Is be interested to know how much drain that puts on the ecoflow coming your sausages and bacon
When it arrives I will have an experimental breakfast, iv got a river pro, iv seen a YouTube guy use one with the same power bank, seems to work for him, it’s going to take a little longer to cook stuff but hopefully we’re be having a holiday so no rush, the other reason I got this was, when on EHU, we could stick the gas hob kettle on it, to save some gas, I had been looking at a low wattage kettle for EHU, but I’ll try this out instead

That's the same reason I've been looking at getting one to save gas and have the option to make the most of EHU. I currently just have a single ring gas hob.
I think a River Pro is a 720Wh battery, so a 800W induction hob will last around 40-45 minutes given you'll have some losses in the inverter.
That's not long is it? It'll be OK with EHU to keep things topped up. Or, if there's good sunshine (fat chance this summer) my Ecoflow 160w portable solar panel will keep my River 2 Pro going.

I'd take some dry weather to fit it!
40mph wind and sudden downpours that last 30 seconds aren't the weather to be trying to glue stuff to your roof!
if your thinking induction hob for EHU only not inverter use go for a 2000w one we have 2 and you never run them both at 2000w even if you cook rice/pasta put it on 2000w to get the water boiling then down to 800w cook with a lid on its probably less it is nice to have the 2000w to boil up the kettle quick
