Ah! Have you got a link you could post? Really like how you did that! The other “look at my footlights” attempts I’ve seen don’t impress me at all.
Strong work, care to share how you got the footwell lights dimmer that the usual footwell lights please ? Are they on the ambient circuit?
It's just with them being oem lights, where as aftermarket ones seem to be alot brighter. They aren't connected to an ambient circuit or anything like that. It was just a quick photo last night.. I'll take a couple tonight if anyone's interested

I’ve knocked up a completely different bodge for the kids using a 12v caravan TV/DVD with wireless dongles and wireless headphones! Was a real rush job the day before we drove to Cornwall for a fortnight to give us some “peace and quiet”! Like all bodge jobs, it is still in the bloomin van!! I will post a pic when I get over the shame of how bad it looks!!!

Yeah they are tapped into the illumination wire so only on when you're headlights come on if you have auto or when you switch them on
You can either set them up to come on when you open your doors or for when your headlights come on.. I prefer them to be on for when driving at night
